hello. just a quick update before i go to bed.
i woke up at 6+ this morning okays!
i went to bake pineapple tarts at my godma's factory.
and i just got back home like 8+?
hehe.
mommy bought flowers and i bought a cactus.
okays. i am beginning to like cactus okays! hehe.
cause they are strong and need not to be watered everyday.
unlike flowers. hmm. i do love flowers more than cactus.

Stayed overnight at my godma godpa's place.
my lao ge(s) cooked dinner for us! didn't managed to take a photo of the food.
cause we just gobbled up everything, once its served! ahaha.
we have had turkey, salmon, lasagna, spaghetti and good wine! haha.
WOO. the wine is nice man. love the feel. haha! shld drink more! hheee.
drank a few glasses, lucky not seh. hehehe. watched teebee, ate chips, played and watched anime with cousins. hehe. then went to sleep.

secondly, they miss call you for GAZILLION times on purpose.

didn't get medicine at tampines.
cause my cousin works there and she helped me ask for it.
so i dun have to make a trip down. too troublesome, and i dunno how to go there.

i have had 7 holes in my big teeth.
decay holes. scare the hell outta me. lol!
so i got those holes filled up and cost me 315$.

erm, there was f&n remedial this morning. but i dun't have to attend.
so went choir!
woke up too early, all my mother's fault la. lol.
i told her to wake me up at 9.30 and she woke me up at 9. -.-
so went joyce's house first.

ytd, ms ong said that there is this indian man in his 30s with curly hair preying on girls.
and i met one this morning, while i was waiting for bus. haha!
because the bus stop near my hse rarely have people waiting for bus.
suddenly got this indian man who matches the description that ms ong told us ytd.
this fella was smoking and drinking coke or something, can drink la.
so i was afraid and i moved from the seat to standing up. haha!
but it happen to have funeral behind the bus stop, so i thought if i was being preyed on
ill run to the funeral and shout for help immediately. haha.
then bus came, board bus.

our area got lots of weird uncles especially perverts.
and cases like flashers and molesters often appear around my area.

& im now storing all my stuff inside.

THURSDAY, May 10 (HealthDay News) -- Listening to tunes on an iPod may be great for putting a skip in your step, but it can also play havoc with a heart pacemaker, a new study found. The portable music players caused pacemakers to malfunction in 50 percent of patients, according to the study by a Michigan high school senior that was expected to be presented Thursday at the Heart Rhythm Society's annual meeting, in Denver. The biggest concern is that pacemakers store the history of a heart's rhythms, said Jay Thaker, the Okemos High School student, who worked with several doctors on the research. "If a physician was to go back and look at that (history), the physician might think that the patient was having abnormal heart rhythms," he added. One danger is that heart patients might be treated for conditions that aren't really present, Thaker said. "In addition, if an iPod stopped a pacemaker from working in a patient who was totally dependent on their pacemaker, it could cause the heart to stop," he said. Many electric devices -- such as cell phones, appliances, microwave ovens and high tension wires -- can produce the same effect. That's why doctors tell their patients not to put any electric device over their pacemaker. For the study, Thaker and his research team -- which included doctors from Michigan State University and the University of Michigan -- held an iPod two inches from the chests of 83 patients for five to 10 seconds. The result: So-called "telemetry interference" occurred in 29 percent of the patients, and "over sensing" (a pacemaker misreading the heart's function) occurred in 20 percent of patients. In one patient, the pacemaker stopped working. In some cases, interference was detected even when the iPods were held as far as 18 inches from the chest, the study found. Thaker acknowledged that pacemaker patients aren't the typical iPod user. But because the music players are so common, people with pacemakers need to be aware of the risk, he said. "People commonly strap their iPod to the arm right next to their pacemaker or put it in a shirt pocket. There are quite a few situations where they come in proximity to the pacemaker -- closer than we would like them to," said Thaker, whose father is an electrophysiologist and whose mother is a doctor, and who hopes to attend medical school. Dr. Edwin Kevin Heist, a cardiac electrophysiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital, agrees that iPods can be a danger to patients with pacemakers. "It's clear that iPods can affect pacing function," said Heist. "There is a possibility for a severe reaction, such as loss of consciousness." Heist said he tells his patients that they can use any household device, including cell phones and iPods, but not to put them over their pacemaker. "Patients with a pacemaker could safely use an iPod, just don't put it over the device," he said. iPods could also pose a problem for patients with implanted pacemaker defibrillators, Heist said. "The possibility would be there for inappropriate shock," he said. "The shocks are quite painful and traumatic for patients."

Damn boring I can say.
Because I coulden't run or walk with my buddies.

My family doctor said that I cannot do heavy exercise like running, swimming etc.

But now I'm getting better, only at night and in the morning has a little bit of breathing difficulty.

To: Choir

I'm not trying to pick on you guys or whatever, but its really obvious that you guys are not singing properly or your minds might be wandering to I dunno where. I know and understand some of you tried to sing properly & I can see that. SEE! When we corrected you, you sang even nicer then the first time! Choir is not just about singing, it requires yur own body and mind. Even you or other members are tired about school work and stuff, at least you try your best and give it your best shot right? We are doing for choir and SYF is coming! We are practicing since last year and don't you even want choir to get at least a sliver or even a better award and do your own CCA proud? Well.. As a senior being in the choir, we might not be setting a good example in front of you guys, we always play and joke around sometimes not at the right time. But when it comes to singing as long as we tried or even failed to sing well in rehearsals we also have that good attitude in mind. A good attitude. To me, singing is definately a pleasure & I also learnt many things out of it. Maybe other people will critisize and say "Hey, you all look ugly with your mouth shapes and stuff." Of cause I care about what they say but people that are critisizing you might not be professional singers, so they don't have the right to say that to us. But as seniors, we have a little teeny bit more experience then you guys and have already been through SYF before, sometimes when we say/tell you about something/ or give you any advice. More or less try to understand and know what are thinking, we might be in wrong or even you too. We can also correct one another as well as learning from one another! Well... this is our last performance with you guys, and I really hope that I can leave choir with at least a sliver. We are passing out soon. VERY soon. [: But we will still come back and take a look at you people! So AJA AJA, LETS AIM&STRIVE!!
